Suzie Webb

Suzie Webb is a British designer and art director with a focus on interactive media.

She has worked in the digital field for the past 9 years and in that time she has helped bring to life projects for clients including The BBC, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola, Urban Splash and Diesel.

Her work has been awarded by The FWA, The Webbys, Design Week, Adobe Y, Roses, LIA, BIMA and D&AD. Her work has also been featured in Creative Review, Communication Arts, Design Week, The Times, The Guardian and Wired to mention only a few.

She is from Rochdale (birthplace of the co-operative movement and Lisa Stansfield) but grew up in rural Norfolk (home of The Fens and endless skies). After her degree in Fine Art sculpture she studied Multimedia Technologies and started her working life as a web designer. In 2001 she joined magneticNorth, an interactive design group based in Manchester, where she worked for 7 years leading the concept and design.

In mid 2008 she turned to the independent life and now works as a collaborator on projects and freelance designer. She is currently working on a project for Channel 4, various ideas for new and exciting digital ventures and her ongoing work designing for her first love... music.

She has written and lectured on the subjects of interactivity, design and branding and has been a D&AD, FWA and YCN judge. She is passionate about the encouragement of young (particularly female) creatives into the digital industries and is a member of SheSays.

She divides her time between Oslo and London.
